Well I started the year so well, losing about 7lbs. Bit it has been down hill since then and now I have nearly all the weight back on!!!
So i am back in track this week, I have given up the demon fizzy juice. Now drinking diluted or water. Diet been good yesterday and today so let's hope I can continue
Been to Gym today, finished of with a swim which was great. Did some exercises for my knees last night but have to start doing these every night as I know they do help
Going to try and keep my Diary up to date as this will definitely help keep me motivated.
Todays food
Bran flakes and banana
2 slices fruit loaf with little butter. Peach
Ham, slimming world chips, beans. Pineapple
Tracker cereal bar.
Didn't really eat enough but will take a few days to get back into way of things.
