Back on Track

So, after my few days of misery i'm finally back on track. went out and bought a trolley load of fruit and veg and im all set. I've been telling myself, its sooooo simple in theory - all i have to do is NOT eat bad things - so why is it so hard to put in to practice?? Its all psychological, and i need to learn to train my mind not to crave fatty foods, but its sooo hard especially when my boyfriend eats whatever he wants!
Anyway i've done well for the past few days, got my new box of lipobind which is helping me immensely. Have been looking on Minimins for inspiration and i just have to say well done to all you guys and girls who have managed to lose weight, whether its a few pounds or a few stones. I really admire all of you and its you guys who are helping me through this. :D
A wee tip - i used to skip breakfast coz i didnt like eating in the morning, but ive now found the best breakfast ever!! Strawberries, topped off with a muller light, any flavour! Its MUCH BETTER than any other breakfast and very filling! (fpr me anyway) Its also great as a snack if you get hungry in the evening. A nice healthy alternative to strawberries n cream. :)
