BACK ONTO CD 2DAY..wish me luck!

hey there... Some of uz might remember me. i was only on cd for 2 wks. lost 7 lbs in wk1 and then nothing in wk2. I did really try to stay positive and focused but somehow the results for wk 2 got to me and i gave up.
Im now back and starting today and yes back to the origional weight of 11 st (put on what id lost :sigh:)
I need loads of support, help and tips from all u loosers please :). I know its probably not possible..but id still love to loose 1st by the new yr. Id like to enter the new yr in the 9st bracket, even if its just 9.13 (lol) as long as its 9 something ;). I think if i up my water big time then it actually might be achievable. Fingers crossed. What do u think??? Come on now....wish me luck!!

Good Luck Honey! I am new to CD, but have done LL for the last 3 months. My advice is to drink regularly and space your packs evenly. Worked for me so far. I have had weeks when I havent lost much (1lb rather than my usual 4 or 5) but that has been weeks when I know I havent been drinking regularly. And it usually evens up the next week with a better loss. You have to keep going longer to see the real results. Hard I know when you have a bad week (especially at the beginning) but just reach into that big bag of willpower you have and take a big huge helping. You wont look back I promise you. I remember being at the beginning or my journey and thinking it was going to take forever to lose weight, but the last 3 months has absolutely flown by and I am so happy :D It is worth it, it really really is. x

i started CD SS 10 days ago and lost 11lb in 7 days woo hoo, ive not cheated once, so come on,you can do it and lose a stone for new year!!!!

I know its only day 1 but i am findin it so so hard. My prob is: " i can always start 2morrow" thought. Lets see how far i can get this time. x

Supermummy, I remember you. Of course you can do it you will probably have a big loss again after the first week.

Please don't compare yourself to anyone else. Your body on the second week might of just been adjusting to your new diet. You haven't got much to lose & 7lbs in one week is amazing. They say on average on this diet you lose a stone a month, so your 7lbs over 2 weeks is a stone a month.
I know saying the same on your second WI, isn't good for the positivity, but lots of people normally have a big loss the week after.
