Hello :)

I joined this site a year ago while I was on the Dukan diet but stopped posting once I reached my target weight loss of 2 stone. Needless to say I put it back on. I have since tried WW but just kept gaining and losing the same 3 pounds! I'm now starting on CC - tomorrow - and really really need motivation. I have zero willpower, and am going on holiday in 4 weeks so need all the help I can get.

I have mfp so fingers crossed. I have a feeling I'm going to be hungry x
 
Don't starve - find a sensible complement to what you eat that keeps you full.
For me, it's usually an extra helping of vegetables. They go a long way to keep the stomach full and once you realise how tasty they can be if well prepared... ;)
 
Thanks! I now have my steamer looked out and will be going to Morrisons tomorrow armed with a list. I WILL do it this time :)
