Well after getting my lovely little fitbit (and loving it) I wanted to get back into my kettleworx set. And seriously after doing in for a week, every other day, just 30 mins, I feel so much tighter, and lighter, although it doesnt necessarily show on the scales. Now normally Im a real number watcher and if the scales arent going down I get a bit disappointed, but noticing the change in my jeans this week has really inspired me, to just keep at it and the scales will move. I feel stronger and less wobbly in only a week so I know it works, and it only takes 30mins including the warmup and down, so I cant make excuses not to do it!! I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to tone up but still burn quite a high calorie amount too. I burnt 360 in 45 mins today ( I did some extra).:character00116:
