Ok I have to keep a food diary to keep me on track so just hope I am putting it in the right place lol

Monday -

Breakfast: Banana, mullerlight, grapes & coffee
Lunch: Sweet and sour mug shot - sandwhich made with one slice of lean ham and two slices of wholmeal bread (HEXB)
Dinner: Chicken stirfry with veg and noodles (straight to wok noodles so not sure of syns)
Treat: WW jaffa mini roll

Tuesday -

Breakfast: same as Monday
Lunch: Tomato and herb mugshot with a salad pot and torn lean ham
Dinner: Diced Potatoes and two turkey sausages (cooked in the actifry with frylight), two turkey rashers, baked beans and fried egg in frylite
Snack: WW jaffa mini roll

Wednesday - (bold day)

Breakfast: same as Monday
Lunch: Cheese mugshot 2 syns (I think)
Dinner: 4 vodkas with diet coke :( :( :( 16 syns
Snack: bacon snack crisps 4 syns

Thursday -

Breakfast: mullerlight with fruit
Lunch: 2 boiled eggs and two slices of brown bread (HEXB)
