As per the title I am back at class tonight. I havent been to class since the 8th August which was before my hols. As we went away on a monday and didnt get back until last tuesday I haven't been to class for 4 weeks now.
I am looking forward to getting back in the routine and seeing what damage 2 weeks all inclusive in mexico has done. I have been back on plan since wednesday so hopefully any damage will be minimal.
Another reason I am hoping the damage will be minimal is that tomorrow is exactly 1 year since I reached target and have remained within the 3lb either way ever since.
