Well I'm half way through my second week of going back to ww discover plan and the first week I lost 3lb weigh in again Monday.

I lost 5.1 stone on the discover plan before and then they Introduced pro points. They built it up to be the best thing that ww had done.
I tried it for six weeks but only sts. So I lost heart with it and gave up. Then dipped my toe in again but nothing.
So for seven months I just forgot about dieting and well let's say anything went. But I put on a stone so all my hard work down the drain. Albeit I was still down 4 stone.
I couldn't get my head around all the extra points plus a weekly set of points to use. I was eating just to use my points up. But anyway I'm back with the plan they got me all my loss before and so far the results are speaking for themselves.
