Well I am finally back for a new Cambridge diet journey. I lost 6 stone in 6 months in 2007 and felt great afterwards, but the weight has crept back on and I'm nearly back to where I started. So I have decided to lose as much as I can on Cambridge and this time go back up the stages carefully so I can try and keep it off this time!

I also have a bit of a mission as my brother is getting married on the 25th of July and there is no way I want to look like a whale! I have my dress which fitted me when i was slimmer and i want to get back in to it again so my aim is to lose 50lbs in 12 weeks, that's 3 stone 8lbs so it will be hard going but totally worth it in the end!
I'm just at the end of day 2 now so let's hope ketosis kicks in soon and my tummy stops grumbling!
Hope everyone has had a good day and any support and words of wisdom you have are very welcome!
    Julia x
