    So i came home from France on the 31st of August. Was pretty good while away, mainly salads and meat :) and quite a bit of walking ( we climbed up to Montsegur)

    Then i couldnt get into doing SW 100%, doing it about 75%, i dont feel like ive put loads on but with one thing and another i have missed weigh in since we got back( kids ill, family problems) and i stopped posting in my diary.

    Have started doing my food diary this week but not been 100%, with people bringing biscuits into work-not good:wave_cry::wave_cry:

    So Weigh is on monday, i will be there bright and early then i have 10 weeks til works christmas night out( a meal ironically) that i would like to lose at least 1st for.

    I went out and bought a dress i had seen today in a 14( currently a 16) and i was really pleased to discover before that i can get it on, it fits though there is room for it to fit better....yayyyyyyy

    So just wanted to say hi! I think i have my mojo back but if you could all give me a boot up the bum it would be much appreciated.....

    Hiya hun sounds like you had a fab holiday and hope family life is soon back to normal. It also look like you have already bought your motivation is a size 14!! WOW .....so maybe try and imagine how you'll feel if your sitting there at the works meal out and you didn't give it you best shot.... but if you did you would be buzzing! It totally do-able.... it's about 1.5lb a week.... take a look at the great thread 14 Weeks Till Christmas - Tree Motivation!! that might give you something to focus on, and maybe hang your dress up where you can see it everyday. I hope you didn't get a bruise or a wedg-ie from that kick!! x

    The days of a size 14 are a long way away yet, but i would feel bloody brilliant and so you should too :)

    Oooh, Good Luck! I'm pretty sure you can do it, just add more Super Speed foods to your meals, you'll drop that stone in no time!

    The dress may be a 14 but i am still mainly a 16 so still a way to go. Ideally would like to get to a 12/14 but have given myself until next summer for that.

    Am just about to do my food planning for the week, And i am breaking out my notebook to write down EVERYTHING that passes my lips....getting into the routine.

    My sister is visiting at Xmas from Oz and the last time she saw me i was a 18 so hoping she will be able to see the difference ( i still cant lol)

    Onwards and up(down?) wards :D
