Happy new year all day 2 back on track. V chuffed as I only put on "less than 1lb over the holiday period. Buffet at work to contend with lol

Happy new year, you did really well putting on less than a pound. I am sure you can cope with the buffet.

I put on 2.5lbs which isn't too bad, back to work and normal tomorrow.

Well done all. The buffet was all open sandwiches grrr so cost me 16 points in all but will still be ok for being in point limit today
