back to LL and new to Mini Mins

Hello, just trying out to see if I have figured out how to make a ticker. I started back on LL 3 weeks ago, after originally losing 4 stone last year and regaining about 2 stone which I am now trying to lose, 10lb down so far...:D I used to read mini mins last year when I was doing LL but never joined so thought I would give it a go this time around. I find all your posts very inspirational and hope one day I might be inspiration for someone else.

You are already! I know you say you've gained two stone, but you're still two stone down! Good luck with it, look forward to reading your success! They're a helpful bunch in here :)

thank you all for your messages, it really does help to know we are all in the same boat doesn't it. Its funny, when I lost the four stone it took my head ages to catch up with my body. I.e. still picking up size 18 and 20 when I really needed a 12. By the time my head had caught up I had started regaining some of the weight and now consider myself as fat again, I hadn't thought of it the way you said it until now Kaalin, I'm still 2 stone - well 2 stone 10lbs down to waht I was so nowhere near as bad as I thought. Thank you for that, its made me feel so much better about myself. You all seem like you are doing really well, Jan 9lbs in one week, that's fantastic it must have really motivated you for this week and Kaalin, you are reaching your goal, at the rate you lose with LL it will only take you a short time to get there, Becky, I can't see how much you have lost, or have you just started, also, what part of Ireland are you in, I go over about 4 times a year to visit family, I love it there, we are about 40 miles west of Cork. Goodluck to you all x wanted to put a smiley jumpy thing here but couldn't find them this time - not very good with the computer :)

Hello all,
just an update on the weight loss, I was weighed on Sunday and have now lost a stone. I would like to lose another before I go to Spain on 6 September which is "hopefully" achieveable.
Hope you are all doing well.

Thanks Trish, I've had a bad week this week, well, I was okay up until Thursday and my boss took some of us out for lunch, Thai - I haven't told anyone at work I am back on LL so couldn't think of an excuse to get out of it, didn't over eat but we did have 3 bottles of wine between 4 of us and when I got home in the evening, before anyone else got in I ate white bread and butter with cheese and some chocolate! then had and argument yesterday with my hubby and felt really down and turned to sausage rolls for comfort - they didn't help at all. I did go to the gym last night (body action plate and toning table) and have been for a nice long walk today. I've been good so far and have stuck to packs but I'll be amazed if I haven't put on this week never mind lost anything! trying not to beat myself up about it too much, I know it was only a blip and hopefully I'm over it now but I'm home alone this weekend and I know that is my danger time! keep your fingers crossed for me x
