Had a miracle 1.5lb loss overnight as I was only expecting a 2lb week this week!

Mines usually the opposite. On a Tuesday I often have a 5lb drop but by Thursday it's 3lb! Grrrrrr!

It's really frustrating isn't it, that usually happens to me over the weekend so no doubt by Monday I'll be either the same as today or heavier and I don't do anything different!!

We really need to stop weighing at home don't we?!!

Yeah but we can't help ourselves can we? I think I would be worse to be honest if I waited until WI. At least I have an 'idea' of the weight loss so can't be disappointed! After all it IS a loss and apart from one STS because of TOTM and water retention I HAVE lost every week.

I know! I even tried leaving the batteries out of my scales when they stopped working but I gave in eventually!

I like to have an idea before WI too so I can prepare myself before. You're right, as long as we're losing that's a good thing!
