Back to SF full time

After a few weeks of following JUDDD and SF together I am coming across to SF fulltime.

Although I enjoy it, I'm finding it too easy to go overboard on JUDDD on the up days and I need the strictness of SF only! X

I was going to try JUDDD but need something more strict like you, I think the temptation of up days would not be good for me to keep on track!

It was nice knowing that I could eat every other day but by following SF I also know that I can have a meal on an evening so I'm not deprived! X
