Back to Slimming World! I WILL lose the weight!

Oh my I think I've gained 4lbs this past week! My diet has gone completely off track! Amazing how quickly weight can pile on and I feel awful for it too! Can tell instantly that I've gained it around my tummy! :( Oh well, I have 10 weeks until I go to America so I'm having a 10 week body blitz!!! I've stuck to a strict eating plan before and I'll do it again, going to hit the gym 4 times a week too!

I'm welcoming a positive fresh start!


Red day today:

Breakfast: Bran flakes HEX B with muller

Snack: Alpen light HEX B 1, apple

Lunch: Chicken & Ham salad, beetroot, 1 syn, Muller light cheesecake 1 syn, babybel HEX A

Snack: Alpen Light HEX B 2

Dinner: Cod with bacon, red onion and lettuce, samphire with butter 1 syn, roasted courgette and BNS

Snack: Muller, squirt of cream 2 syns, 2 mikado 1 syn

Lunch: Chicken & Ham salad, EL mayo 0.5 syns, beetroot, muller greek yogurt 0.5 syns, babybel Hex A

Dinner: Gammon steak, Sweet potato wedges, samphire, mushrooms

Dessert: Muller light 1 syn, 2 x mikado 1 syn, nutella 3 syns

Exercise: 30 mins training session at the gym

Dinner: Gammon, mushrooms, BNS, samphire, courgette

Dessert: Whole milk set yogurt 3.5 syns, toast HEX B with 2 syns nutella

Exercise: 40 mins gym workout

The weekend's eating wasn't as bad as it could have been!! Will be cutting back even more now! Managed to shift 2 lbs from gain!

I'm decided to start writing down how many calories I'm eating a day. Somewhere online it says to lose w hat I want by 8th August I need to eat 1339 calories a day... so going to see how many I'm actually eating!


Breakfast:

2 boiled eggs - 140 cals
Branflakes HEXB - 97 cals
muller light - 99 cals

Snacks:

2 Apples - 104 cals

Lunch:

Pasta - 400 cals
sauce 2 syns - 30 cals
feta HEXA - 75 cals
veg - 30 cals
muller - 99 cals

Dinner:

Jacket - 218 cals
corn on the cob - 83 cals
butter 2 syns - 40 cals
salad - 20 cals
EL Mayo 0.5 syns - 10 cals
cheese HEXA - 124 cals


Total 1379 calories! Blimey - that's not a lot! But mind you, I've eaten pasta today and that's a fair few calories! May go over by a bit more in cals today then as no doubt I'll have a yogurt later after dinner!

So will prob be more like 1478 - so 139 over target. But I didn't plan my food today with calories in mind!


So for syns I'm on 4.5syns

This makes you realise how many calories you actually consume on a daily basis when not following a diet!
