Hey Everyone
So I have come back to Slimming World.
I go on holiday in 16 days so want to loose 7lbs before I go.
Today’s food:
2 x coffee with almond milk (half hex a)

Breakfast: 2 slices nimble, 2 fried eggs, ham, tomatoes

Lunch: omelette with courgette, mushrooms, ham and cheese (half hex a), salad, salad cream (2 syns)

Dinner: Monkfish kebabs, sw chips, salad, sweet chilli sauce (2 syns)

Snacks: Apples, yoghurt, curly wurly (6.5)

Exercise: Body Combat class, 2 x 20 minute dog walks

Brekkie: Ham, mushroom and cheese omelette (cheese other half hex a)

Lunch: Jacket potato, tuna, light mayo (3), salad

Dinner: Skinny burgers with salad and wholemeal roll (hex b)

Snacks: fruit, yoghurt, ham, pickled onions

Exercise: 1 hour dog walk (lots of hills)
