I would imagine it's easier at work, there's no fridge to have a sneaky look in or you can't just rush to the shops xx

I have only just started and I work in a town centre too ( gregs the bakers is right opposite!) and I make sure I have everything I need so I don't have to go out on my lunch break, plus as I work in a shop I am restricted with when I can eat, as I don't sit at a desk so that removes a lot of temptation straight away. I guess it all boils down to will power whether you are at home or at work. X

I'm in an office and I actually find it a lost easier on work days. I don't have any lunch to prepare for my little girl, I keep a 1litre sports bottle of water on my desk and keep sipping at it all day, I probably get through 2-3 litres that way while at work. And I find the bars easiest, but also the soup mixed up in a large mug just with water from the kettle / hot water from the drinks machine works well enough.

I've told all my colleagues that I work with that I'm doing it, (and now got them all to sponsor me too - for a bike ride that I'm doing later this year, which I need to lose the weight for, to make the cycle a lot easier!). My colleagues have mostly been really good about it. By telling them, they also don't offer me random biscuits /cakes / chocolates when someone brings them in, which is good.

We're right in the centre of town, I just make sure I've had my bar / soup before going out, and a lot of water so that I'm not tempted by the stuff around.

Good luck with returning to work, hope it goes really well, and good luck with sticking to the diet too.

I find it much easier. The work distracts me so I don't even think about food (until people bring back subway for lunch).

I've only ever done Exante at work and I find it much easier to cope with. When my mind is on work I'm not really thinking about food. I take a bar to work for lunch, it's so much easier than faffing about making soups and shakes xx
