Having previously completed the Cambridge Diet a few years ago I am back. 1 spinal fusion later and heavy again!

Spent 9 weeks doing WW and have lost 19lbs, which were mostly in the first 3 weeks, in the last 5 I've only lost 5lbs which is good using the 1-2lbs a week rule, I feel the weight should be coming off quicker in the early days of my diet/lifestyle change. I seem to have stayed the same for too many weeks, I am sure I used to lose more regularly on the nod VP system.

Anyway, I have another 4 stones to lose and have changed to Slimming World, still getting my head round the green/red/everyday thing and possibly my hatred of veg. Will keep reading the stickies look a great help.
