Red Day Bacon Roll

    Hi all, I really fancy a bacon roll but I have one small query. On the SW app the bacon appears to either have fat on or it has been removed after cooking. Is it ok to "remove all visible fat" after cooking? because I'm sure it will be very dry if it is removed before..

    I suppose you can - the argument there would be or could be the fat somehow attaches itself to the meat making it not really free lol.

    I always ay the extra and buy the lean bacon. There is no reason for it to be dry. I have done bacon n the grill, griddle pan and Tefal Actifry and it is always succulently moist!

    Damn! I'm hungry now lol.
