Got really stuck today when I met friends for breakfast in a local cafe.
Ive tried to be good and opted for a poached egg and 1 rasher of bacon on 1 slice of wholemeal toast with butter..
Im doing an extra easy day so I had mushrooms (grilled no oil) as well and an apple before hand!
any idea how many syns im looking at here?
Can I use the bread as a healthy extra B?
Just want to check as theres a kit kat stairing at me that wants dunking in my tea!
