bad bad bad week

just got back from a 4 night break (yes only 4 nights) and have managed to put on 5lbs!!! absolutely gutted. need to get my bum into gear and it has given me a bit of a shock as i cant fit into any of the clothes i bought at the beginning of the year when i reached my target and back into scabby old fat clothes. on the plus side im going to walk the 1.8 miles into work from now on and making a commitment to myself to do it only took 30 mins and by the time i drive and try to find a parking space it doesnt work out that much longer. wore my heart rate monitor this morning and i burnt just over 150 cals on the way in so if i can do that 5 days a week to and from work its going to be 1500 cals :D

I always see my weight loss as a long journey - not a quick fix. So don't worry. Just get back track and it'll come off again. We have to be able to breathe now and again. Don't beat yourself up. xx

Most of that will be water Huney so don't panic! It takes 3,500 cals to put on 1 lb of fat. Just chill and get back on the plan and most of it will go this week.

I agree... probably just water... my body can flucuate by loadsa lbs between days... even when im being good... have got to learn to ignore it and stick to longer term weights... yours will even itself out and you can get back on track and lose lose lose!!
