bad belly ache :-(

ive been on CD a month now wll just over anyways ive cheated few times and gained and got back to where i was etc, but omg since ive not cheated i have just had awful belly ache and sorry to say but a awful number 2 :-( i was in so much pain i evan was sick at same time :-( anyways has anyone else ever had this i mean usually people cant go for a num 2 so duno why i can and its awful! hope ur all doing well anyways sorry for this post just needed to ask xxx

I used to use physillus husk but did not find much relief with it. not sure if anyone can add anything else.
