Bad breath!

What can you do for bad breath while on exante total solutions? Normally mine doesn't smell (checked with my OH who isn't backwards in coming forwards) I'm drinking loads of water, but really just want a mint, chewing gum or something! What's allowed?

Hi Ali!!

I too suffer from the horrendous stale breath!!! Brush my teeth as often as I can, or there's always mouthwash!

For emergencies I have sugar free breath spray. Was allowed on LL and looking at the ingredients I think it's ok. Don't use it too often just incase!! Hope that helps!!

I sympathise with you! I've ended up having to keep a spare toothbrush and toothpaste at work so I can have a quick brush when my breath starts to pong.

Thanks both, I think I'll get a spray for out and about, and keep a toothbrush for at work.

I love drinking tea (black at the moment) as its warm and is something other than water, usually afterwards I need a mint to freshen up buy will def get a spray!
