Bad breathe

Hi Everybody,

Anybody have any suggestions about what I can do about my bad breathe. Today is day 5 on Lipotrim TFR diet.

I have been brushing my teeth and tongue and I did get ice drops from the chemist, they are for people on lipotrim and you only need a drop on your tongue and they are mint flavours and only cost 59p, they really make a difference ask your chemist for them

My pharmicist gives me Listerine Strips. they are a small pack with paper like sheets the size of a guitar plec, they just melt on your tongue. I go through about 5 packs a day! ( but i smoke too)

I also find a tongue brush works well too

Listerine strips are ok on lipotrim.....

ive not seen them ice drops or listering strips...

ive just been brushing my teeth more and using regular listerine a lot....throughout the day

you cant buy listerine strips anymore (well not in Ireland) Lipotrim have come up with their own strips which you should be able to get from your pharmacist- I bought them about €1 something but it wasnt bad I have to say it's been my life line esp when Im around people
