PLEASE dont give in.. the first few days are quite tough but it really DOES get easier, I cannot explain that enough.. it just does. Trust us all, if it were that bad then we would all be here today... many more will pop along and agree with me...!!!!
The feelings of wanting to share a meal will pass, your mood will pick up so you wont struggle with the baby.. it will all fall in to place... if you feel bad now imagine how bad you would feel if you trhew in the towel and allowed your weight to control you...!! Thats how I remembered it all and how I stayed on track.. its not easy, no, but its do-able... a fair few nights I was going to bed at 8pm to avoid thinking about food... now it doesnt bother me and I seriously look forward to a lovely shake (made with a sweetener at night for my sweet tooth and in the blender and its LUSH!!!).... I am only on day 13 and I have been fine for quite a while!
I have 3 kids aged 2, 4 & 13, loadsa pets, a H2B and loads of other crap going on that I wont bore you with - if I can do it then anyone can, trust me!!
Hang in there and this board is a HUGE support.. I pop on here every single night and it passes time for me and I love chatting 'on topic' and finding out more about my new diet secret....!!
