Bad day...

Hi all!

Just thought I'd come on here and have a little rant...

Only been doing this since Monday but have just eaten a pizza - I am annoyed with myself and said it was because I'm tired from work (have just started working 3 x 12 hour nightshifts a week) but I could have easily cooked something more suitable!

Anyway, thought I'd come and rant on here instead of getting annoyed with myself and raiding the chocolate cupboard!

hi hannah we all have days like that dont beat your self up just put it behind you and carry on :D weight watchers do lovely pizzas to keep in the fridge when u want something quick and easy and calories for whole pizza are good to ! stay strong x

I seem to do really well in the day and come the evening when I have my 600 cal meal I want to keep eatting.
