I'm allowed 29 per day .. 49 weekly.... On annuali leave from work this week .. Can't indulge at weekend now lol ..!!

You have 16 weeklies left, if you ate fruit salad for breakie on say Saturday morning, no point soup for lunch then you'd have your 29pp dailies plus your 16 weeklies...enough for bottle of wine and a chicken chow mein...may even be enough for bar of choccie....see nice treat night hehehe xx

Yip if there is a way to have a treat I'll know hehe. Good luck and don't be starving yourself to have a treat....it's a bad bad idea, leads to binges for me anyway. Good luck and if you need anything give me a shout, I've a diary on here, but to be honest everyone on here has each others backs and are great with the advice. Good luck again and enjoy it xxx
