I would just forget about it and start afresh the next day. They say don't go under 5 syns, so you could stick to 5 syns a day until weigh day.

Stick to 5 syns but up your activity. More walking, wii fit (well that is what i do ;) )

You should forget the bad day and carry on as normal with your usual SW routine. We all have glips, just forgive and carry on
