    Hi guys,

Just wondering of any of you have experienced bad skin on LL? Now mine isn't awful, but I have had 2/3 bad spots every week for the past few weeks and just can't understand it. In the past when I have given up chocolate or sweet foods my skin has been lovely and clear, and now this. Don't get me wrong, it's not going to stop me, just annoying!

It might just be your body getting rid of any last bits of toxicity??? I did notice a few zits just before the end of LL.

    Hi Gem,

I had a bad time in the first month I think it was. Not only spots ( and I never normally get them ), but dry and sore. I asked in group and nobody else had any problems.
Anyway, I stopped using my normal face cream ( which has the Q10 anti wrinkle stuff in) as it was just irritating it more, and I now use just Vaseline Sensitive cream.
It cleared my skin up within a week and it's now very soft and back to normal. It's cheap and cheerful, but with the changes we are making, I guess we have to let our bodies direct us.
I will stick with good old vaseline until I feel any differently.

    Hope this helps. xx :)

I remember a few skin probs in the first couple of weeks when the toxins were coming out. After that skin, hair and nails
were better throughout ketosis than at any other time.
I hope yours will settle down. Could it be for any other hormonal reason?:flirt2:

maybe hormonal, but I'm just not sure. Can't really put my finger on it. I am susceptible to spot when stressed, but been off work for 2 weeks and stress free, I'm in a good place, very happy and not new to abstinence, oh well, it's not going to get me down. Posted my before pictures today and compared them to pictures I took this evening and that has made me happy :D Have a good night all x

Conngratulations - what a transformation in such a short time. You look fabulous.
Your OH must be very proud and you must feel so much better and have more
energy for your little boy who is adorable.
    Thanks for posting the pictures.
I know they will inspire people who are just starting out on their LL journey.
