Bad Things.

I must admit the only problem ive had is with the booze and to be fair its not been that bad but i am the same as most with food once i have one theres no stopping me. I really need to put into practice everything ive achieved food and exercise wise and put it into the drinking and if i have a drink only have a few.

I am 8 weeks sober at the minute though :) so fingers crossed.

I find my Saturday night chocolate fix keeps me going all week, at easter I bag my chocolate into 5syn bags, this puts into perspective how easy it is to over eat & have more than I actually want/need.

As for wine I have a mid week glass which holds 100mls, I have a glass of wine which keeps me happy, but if I had to half fill a larger glass I'd feel deprived.

I does get easier as you go along.
