Bad week...

Just joined this site but I’ve been on slimming world for just over a month now but I still haven’t reached my 1/2 a stone. Which is extremely depressing when I realise my mum has been doing it the same amount of time as me and has nearly lost a stone 😅. I think I’ve had a bad week (funnily enough the last time I thought I’d put on I had my biggest loss and when I thought I’d lost the most I had my first gain,) I doubt I’ll stick with slimming world because it’s really not working for me and I’m constantly hungry no matter how much free foods I eat. Does anyone have any advice for losing excess water weight before a weigh in?
