Bad Weekend...

Am drawing a line under the weekend -------------------- there it is.

sucumbed to temptation over the weekend - Cream slice n a beer on Friday, Fish n chips on Saturday (Ben had 1/3 of fish) and yesterday home-made pizza n some garlic bread.

Ben had wanted to make his daddy a pizza last nite together with one himself and I ended up making myself one too!!

I enjoyed eating everything at the time and then instantly regretted it, and last nite I ended up with a bad stomach - punishment me thinks!!!

Anyway back on track today, need to lose again this week.

haha ditto, its not the alcohol as such but the fact that its the flood gates to food I really shouldnt be eating in such quantities! So most definately a line for me too!

I think weekends are the devil.

In fact, I think last week was the devil. I decided after my graduation that I wasn't going to limit myself too much. Drank pints, ate (a few) chips, had cocktails. Had about 200 syns in the week. Minimum. But hey, still lost 1.6lbs. Would have loved to have seen what it'd have been without all the beer mind you.

It's good that we're all in the frame of mind to actually draw a line under it rather than just carrying on... :D

I didn't have a great weekend food wise either, had 2 meals out with family - Indian Friday night and a big roast dinner yesterday!

But managed to sts and back on it today

Ok, so it seems we all went a little food and alcohol crazy at the weekend, but then why shouldn't we let our hair down once in while?
Main thing is, we enjoyed ourselves, we enjoyed our food and drink but we're still focused on being healthier and getting to goal - so lines drawn, salad forks at the ready - lets healthy it up! :)
