Badly struggled today & caved in

It was day 3 for me & I have been 100% that is until about 8pm when I went on one, the craving was driving me mad so I went to bed with a book, ended up coming downstairs like the tasmanian devil scouring for food. Ended up making myself a piece of salmon. I could scream now. When I think about it I didnt enjoy it, I dont think I even let it touch the sides. Feel such an idiot now as I checked my ketosis & I was the middle dark pink. Have I ballsed it up now?? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. x

Dont beat yourself up. It happens. I did a week at 100% and messed up. Chin up, smile and get yourself back on track :) x

Kerry, if you only had salmon you will still be in ketosis! I did the same thing a couple of weeks, I think, into LT and ate some Parma ham. I stayed in ketosis but, like you, didn't enjoy it half as much as I thought I would......you didn't binge or pig out on carbs so you should be ok. It would've been a much different story if you'd had a couple of pieces of toast:eek:

Today is another day so get back on the diet, try and get past the first week and you'll be cruising! Good luck x

Dont worry Kerry and dont use it as an excuse to pack in either lol straight back to 100% and you will be fine xx

Thanks girls, its good to have ur encouragement it really means alot x Its that cycle of the guilt isnt it. Todays a new day & Im not packing it in. Im still in ketosis Thankfully but gained 2lb, my WI is Tueday so hopefully I havent done too much damaged. Hope you all have a good day.
