Wow, 33 syns in a day, it is so easy when not tracking the syns to pile them up. Hopefully doing a food diary will make you think before munching. Good Luck with your journey.

33 syns in a day, wow indeed. Strikes me that your not eating much free food. Especially on Monday, every meal was syn laden.
I try to base all my meals around FREE food, with maybe a HEA/HEB incorporated, and only ever use 3 syns at a main meal ( if any at all) I like my syns for treats :)
Remember the 1/3 superfree rule. although not compulsory on RED/GREEN it is strongly advised to do that.

Had a mixed day today - OH was going to make spag bol for dinner but then forgot to pick up minced beef (doh!), so had to pick something quick up on the way home. Saw Light Choices and thought that would be a good bet, apparently not! Also didn't realise the Crispy Slices were 3 syns per slice, with 3 slices in the pack, whoops :cry:
