Hello!
My name is Amber, I am a stay at home mummy to my little boy
I've got just under two stone to lose to reach a healthy BMI for my height. I'm calorie counting using the my fitness pal app, which I love
and doing exercise like walking and playing on the wii.
Hopefully writing everything down in here will keep me on track! I am hoping to get pregnant again this year but want to be at a healthy weight before I do - that's my motivation!
It's raining where I live today so not been out on my usual walk, going to do some wii fit tonight instead
Food so far today,
Breakfast: alpen maple syrup and pecan porridge made with almond milk, topped with 5 almonds. A tassimo latte macchiato - I can't function without coffee!
Lunch - a homemade chicken and vegetable stir fry with fine egg noodles.
Not sure what to have for tea yet.
My calorie limit is 1500 per day x
