Bambii's food diary :)

    Starting this to keep track of points and plan my meals for each day :)

    1st day is tomorrow..

    Ooooh forgot to mention my points allowance is 24.

    Hello diary:wavey::wavey::wavey:

    Having a great day 1 :D

    B: apple and blueberry oat so simple (loooooooooooove this - so warm and filling) - 3.5

    L: 1 breakfast muffin, 1/2 can baked beans, mushrooms, onions, 2 quorn sausages, 4 pieces of ww bacon - 10 in total - very yummy and filling!

    Still have 10.5 points left for dinner/coffee - snacks! I <3 ww! xxx

    T- had small plate of pasta with veggies and chicken - 3 points

    Snacks - small amount of hummous, melba toasts, pickled onions, french fry crisps, salad and a small chocolate bar.

    All 24 points used up :)

    First day done - feeling very happy. Nearly drunk my 3 litres of water too :) xxx
