Hi, not tried the recipe yet. did you follouw the one from the bamix website?
but just thinking did you use the right blade? or maybe just mixed it for too long?
and did you use frozen fruit?

yes I used the right blade. tried it with Banana now and it was great. Previously it was forest fruits and then Tesco frozen pack ( apple, melon,satsuma and grape ) which was not bad
