    I know bananas have no points but I sometimes wonder whether to put them down as points just because they are so filling and it wouldn't be a good idea to have lots of them in one day =p

    i try to only have 1 a day and then i know it will be ok.... as long as you are having losses while not counting them i'd say keep them as 0pp .... if you find your losses slow down / stop then adjust accordingly :)

    I was fine week 1, sometimes having 3 a day but I know that will probably change!
