Omg I was on auto pilot, just a normal day but super hungry. I have eaten 4 bars back to back. Feel horrendous!! What on earth have I done and its weigh in on Thursday. Will I be out of ketosis as had porridge and my ss+ meal at lunch.... I'm so ashamed! No more bars buying in future I huess
 
Highly doubt it will effect your ketosis, its just more calories to burn off, so you won't lose -as- much this week. I've had a few days where I've needed to eat 5 packs instead of 4, and then other days I've forgot I'd only had 3 packs and been perfectly fine. So don't get into a tizzy, just step back, grab some water and take it as it comes. You're in control :)
 
If it does knock you out of ketosis you will be back in again by tomorrow so don't worry about that. You may find you are extra gassy for the rest of the day, I find if I have more than one bar a day I get wind.

It's not the end of the world, at least you headed for CD products.
