    I thought I would start this thread for anyone who has found something bargainous (yes, it is now a word!) that we can eat.

    Lidl have 2 small trout fillets for £1.29.

    Oh, I thought that one was shopping list, and intended this one to be stuff seen whilst out and about - no worries though, ignore!

    TT, we can never have enough posts, love.... Atkins does seem a little thin compared to other diet plans.... The more the merrier..

    How many carbs are in peperami? I've never tasted one.

    These are my guilty pleasure, well one of them. I recomend dipping them into some cream cheese.

    They are full of msg, nitrates and preservatives but at less than 1 carb are a handy portable snack.

    The tag line for Peperami states "Its a bit of an animal", and I always think to myself yes but which bit of the animal are we talking about.
