After a small blip on Friday (had stayed the same). I had lunch out with colleagues (chicken kebab and salad), and wine that night. Back on the TS on Saturday, been good since and still not in ketosis (I used medical dipsticks so very accurate). I am having bars three times a day. I feel quite bloated and feel as though everything has stalled. The scales have me down as a 1lb loss since Friday, but am not convinced. It's getting me down as I have a long way to go.
