bars-higher than shakes!

HI, I got 4 bars for this week as I'm on week 3 and can now try them. I noticed thay are quite a bit higher in fat and cals than the shakes or soup. eg porridge 153kcals 0.7 saturated fat -caramel bar 172 kcals and 3.3 saturated fat! Will this effect weight loss or is it insignificant. Zoe x :confused:

Hi Zoe, I'm going to have 4 this week and also 4 Tetras, cus of my training. We'll see if they do any damage to our loss. xx
