Bars - how soon?

When can I expect my CDC to offer me bars? Can I have them as soon as I am in ketosis or does it need to be established for a week or two? Also are mix a mousse granules and savoury drinks same rules? :confused:

I am finding it quite tough to only have three packs a day compared to the 4 I had with LL, just because there is a larger gap between each pack and figure the bars can be split more easily. However I have to say the shakes in particular are SOOO much nicer on CD!
