Bars in week 2?

Start of week 2 for me is today, it seems to vary as to when folk have started the bars. I'm seeing my CDC on Wednesday and I'd like to have tried the bars before I see her so I know if I want to buy more.

Do you guys think it's ok to have one a day from now?

My CDC said that bars weren't introducted to the diet until Week 3... although i've never tried them yet myself [just because of the added expense really]. If you try them sooner just keep an eye on your ketosis etc... but it should be fine. Enjoy! :)

The reason I want to try them now is that I'll be getting a months supply on Wednesday and don't want to end up with loads if I don't like 'em or just a few if I love them.

i tried the peanut bars on thursday and ive just ordered more...they are absolutely gorgeous...*thinks* unless it because im missing snickers and i have a really really vivid imagination lol...either way ive ordered more...deffo recomendation...x
