I believe technically they are not 'supposed' to be consumed til week 3.

Slow & steady does it!!!!
It was week 3 with my CDC too. It's to do with their higher carb content I think.
CD is slightly different to LL lola, as someone who's done LL, i'm trying to adjust to just the shakes and soup! Week three I've been told too xhthx
