Bars

I'm having bars from week 1. I've done CD before and I know I wouldn't stick at it without the bars. Probably not recommended but eh-ho - i can't imagine it making that much difference. We'll see.

My consultant was more than happy for me to do this. And i'm doing SS and that's hard enough, so the bars are seeing me through.

And I can make them last too!! I cut mine in half - have one half with a huge mug of black coffee and about 2 hours later have the other half with another huge mug of black coffee!! Sees me through the evening without killing someone.

im going to stock up on bars tomorrow for week 3.even though im week 2.getting two weeks work.had the crappest day today so lookin forward to them.any that i should avoid?i think ill love the mint one x
