Hi, Ran out of Brown bread so nicked some white from work to have with my LF super noodles, i have searched and it is 3.5 per slice for white bread but just wondered if this could be covered by any HEXB? ( not had any yet)

    I'm on EE today?

    thanks in advance

No sorry, ordinary white bread does not count as a HEB - the only white one I am aware of is nimble white because it is enriched with extra fibre. So you would need to syn it I'm afraid.

Incidently, brown bread doesn't count either, only wholemeal, and the two are not the same thing so make sure you get the right one.

Seems bread can be a complicating thing.. lol

Although my mega mishap {as been doing it for over a year, :S} will teach me for reading something incorrectly, lol ...
