Battle of the bulge...again!

Hi everyone. Am planning on using this food diary to help me keep track. Am going to try and photograph my food to help me, starting from tomorrow. Really want to get down to around 9 & 1/2 stone and see from there about getting lower!
 
Ok. So havent had a chance to post in bere as my phone has been playing up. So will start uploading photos sa from tonight.
