So, starting at after a wonderful break away and a super Christmas.. it's time to get back on track...
Day 1: Mon 3rd Feb
This was absolutely horrendous, I am not even kidding - it was face meltingly difficult. I managed to survive the day, I'm not sure how when I've probably dropped 3000 calories (at least) over a long period of time, dropping to around 700 was a bit of a shocker... drink water, best advice that I could give if you decide to star this diet.
Day 2: Tues 4th Feb
This was also pretty difficult as first day back in the office, trying to eat a meal at lunchtime of a tiny shake is a bit awkward but I've got through worse.
Absolutely terrible headaches during the day and the feeling of something 'missing', keeping myself occupied was difficult as the headaches stopped me concentrating on anything different other than 'wow, my head hurts and I'm very hungry'.
The saving grace today was a bottle of Coke Zero, I know it's not strictly recommended but it really helped regain some normality.
I have a terrible taste in my mouth, I think tomorrow I will probably be entering ketosis. As the evening draws to a close and I am drinking plenty of water, I feel pretty proud I have got this far. I think if I make it through tomorrow I will be good to go, I have managed to get through the same pains with Atkins - this is certainly a lot worse but I think it will be ultimately more rewarding.
