Chicken or Turkey Breasts (plain, coated in spices, marinaded in sauces), synfree Morrisons Sausages, homemade BeefBurgers using Extra lean minced Beef/Turkey/Lamb etc... , Veg and Meat Kebabs (alternating veggies and meat chunks), salad to accompany as more on plate to compensate no rolls etc unless using HEB for rolls. Synfree dips (Garlic, BBQ, Sweet Chilli, Mustard) using VFF Natural Yog as base or other recipes for cooked sauces.
